We Believe...

…the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, and the final authority for all Christian faith and life.

…the Godhead exists eternally as one God in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

…God, by His sovereign choice and out of love for men, sent Christ into the world to save sinners.

…Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God and man. He was crucified, died as a payment for our sins, and was physically raised from the dead on the third day.  He ascended to the Father where He is head of the church, intercedes for believers, and from where He will be returning, both bodily and visibly, to receive His own.

…the goal of Christians is to reach out to the lost, to care for one another, to grow spiritually and to be obedient to the Word of God.

…the Holy Spirit’s mission is to convict people of sin, indwell, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.

…Salvation is a free gift of God. We do not deserve this gift nor can we earn it through our works.  When we place our faith in Jesus Christ, God saves us by His grace.  Because we believe in Jesus, we respond in faith through repentance, confession of Christ as Lord, baptism by immersion, and living an obedient life led by the Holy Spirit.
